i meant to note something NR did yesterday on IPIX's *ask* .. because it was imo telling .. albeit briefly

but first a little background ..

anyone watching l2 on Friday 5.3.19 .. would have noted *imo* a *test* by NR
that was stopped out @ 19c .. at approx 11AM ..

as i've noted (and can be confirmed by all by seeing which MMs' report to Finra
for the MM Monthly) there are only 3 MMs that matter specific to IPIX .. any
MM or ECN can be *hired* by NR as a decoy .. but only those who actually *do*
the trade (vs those that play them on l2) .. report that *effort* to Finra for the month

the 3 that have mattered for years now .. remain .. CDEL .. ETRF .. NITE

it's my contention that NR (via their usual MO) knows various aspects in regards
to what mgmt is undertaking and *anticipated* the PR issued by Innovation Pharma on 5.16.19

it's my contention that NR *set up* the helium release (orchestrated run on IPIX)
the week before PR issued for obvious reasons .. it's pretty clear based on NRs'
manipulated *volume* and PPS (and imo almost losing *control* of *efforts* a few
times) that had NR not *manipulated* events on IPIX that week .. the news out
on the 16th of May .. most likely would have breached *on volume* .. a
PPS far higher than the 43c *allowed* by NR .. my speculation of 70c remains ..

(a reminder of where NRs' cycles of money first entered on IPIX (CTIX) back
in September of 2012 (plugged along nicely for all for over 2 years) was @ 70c)

as i've noted previously .. it's worth noting the *volume* and those decoys' hired for the *volume* NR has to engender

in April 2019 .. IPIX volume ~ 8,643,366 with 8 MMs/ECNs' reporting (the *3* doing 85.77% of the monthly total)

in May 2019 .. IPIX volume ~ 23,313,601 with 16 MMs/ECNs' reporting (the *3* doing 77.91% of the monthly total)

and in June 2019 .. IPIX volume ~ 6,924,408 with 7 MMs/ECNs' reporting (the *3* doing 89.54% of the monthly total)

some here may remember when MM *PAUL* first showed on IPIX ..
who can forget the 100s of 1000s in *volume* of *blocked* trades on the ask
( 5000 size) with NC (no change) .. something NRs' minions CON veniently refer to
as the *market* .. as if .. after NRs' years of efforts working against Innovation
Pharma .. the IPIX OTC *market* is remotely *CONnected* to reality

reminder .. the easiest aspect NR controls (specifically on the OTC) is a target's PPS

NRs' MO almost always is to work cycles of money on a target (could be for 3
months or 3 years) .. before the kill order is given .. it almost always works ..
except of course when it doesn't .. and the times it doesn't work it pertains to
2 specific aspects .. actual *investors* (not traders) whose *shares*
are within the target's Float .. (Float is what is freely traded) .. and the targeted
company's ability to continue to execute .. in spite of NR flooding SMBs with
multi/s in NRs' attempt to drown out .. overwhelm .. demoralize .. but always
NRs' goal is to part actual investors from their IPIX *shares*

it is absolutely worth the time to educate oneself as to what gets done and how

so with that as the background .. and understanding aspects that *decoy* .. i'll use
PAUL for this round .. *reported* in April .. 5th out of 7 or 5.18%

on IPIX's ask

yesterday what caught my attn (and imo NR knows *news* is en route but like
actual investors .. just not the exact timing of said news)

NR briefly placed CDEL @ 37c (LAFC's usual in play since May)

this was @ approx 10:13AM .. with IPIX's *volume* (and i do use that word rather loosely) @ just over 36000~ .. note the 5th spot on *ask*
