We need to simmer down a bit. Any "I recall Gerald saying" and "I also recall him saying in an interview" should be thrown out the window along with his saying KOL's were interested, that Lympro was a game changer and the list of "over exaggerations" that continued until he went silent because he lost all credibility.
Your "fair value" math is based on nothing but hope. The "when they close the deal" comment is the same. Nothing has happened yet. we don't have the slightest clue if we as shareholders will benefit in the least. Gerald and dad could be off loading this thing for cheap (enough for the two of them to retire) and we would be sitting here with nothing.
"Imagine they announce"..... yep I can imagine, but I got into this mess doing exactly that.
"I'm speculating right now"...... Where does that math come from?
"Assuming everything goes according to plan."..... When has it ever gone as planned?
"things are finally looking up for us after such a long wait!"... yes some action has occurred, but as far a it affecting us positively, it is still way too early to even know if it is a positive or a negative.
Again, I ask, if what AMBS has/had was so great, why did no one pick it up on the cheap except of some guy in China? Anyone with a limited amount of cash could have some in and cleaned out the toxics with money out of their back pocket. Our assets are becoming archaic in terms of technological advances for the diseases and afflictions we were/are targeting.
So, not to rain on your enthusiasm, but I also want to bring some balance to that enthusiasm. I want it to work so bad, but I feel we, that have been here a long time should have Phd's in what new news information really means. All I am looking for as a sign is for the new board to fire Gerald. That will be my biggest "tell". This stock is going nowhere until that happens. You don't keep the guy that brought the company to its knees through his "financial engineering" and awesome tweets employed with the company and expect to attract new investors. Not gonna happen IMO.
