I can understand what your saying, i truely can and normally i would be skeptic too, i have been burned many times like you have.

We joined probably around the same time with investing into AMBS.

I'm actually connecting the dots and i have spoken a lot with IR and what has happenend lately fits what IR has been telling me the last half year or so.

I am very confident here and facts that have happenend proves that the company is legit.

Everyone can make up their own mind on what they want to do, i'm not telling anyone to buy or sell. But i do want to help people that are beginners that this company is greatly undervalued.

I give you a simple reason...... not so long ago we bought ESS for what? was it $15 or $25 million?

Please explain to me why we have a market cap of only $4 million right now?

Our pipeline is worth a whole lot more then just ESS, we have 80 million shares of Avant which is now worth about $24 million as i type this (just checked).

So thats already a $50 million marketcap right there! not even factoring in the golden egg MANF and ELTO (although i'm not crazy about ELTO, but thats just me).

I do investing on logic. I have no degree in investing, but i have made a lot of money in the past and learned a lot from experience.

True you can't take everything GC has said serious, i agree but still the value is there nonetheless.

What screwed us up is the toxics! they ruined the share price for us.

Now Chan heng fai is involved and he has a reputation/track record of making broken companies good again.

We couldn't have wished for a better partner imo!

Now we've learned that they have already places 2 of the 4 directors on board of the directors of AMBS, which has not been released to the press yet.

And i know negotiations have been going on for like 10 months and you can tell by how detailed the press release of AMBS was how far they actually already are.

I'm 99% confident the deal will be closed. This is not some bla bla from GC this time. This is real and you can look it all up on the internet.

But i really understand you, i do. But i am connecting obvious dots/facts and i'm confident with what i write or else i wouldn't write it for everyone to see.

Only time will tell if things pan out the way i expect because there is never a 100% garuantee.
Well expect that we need to pay taxes and stuff
