I recall AMBS having around a $150 million market cap (before the reverse split and without ESS).
Now we have a stronger pipeline (ESS was bought) and we will get an additional 4 assests with the planned deal.
And we are currently sitting around a $4 million market cap.
Talk about greatly undervalued! (are market cap would suggest you would go bankrupt imo) the pps/market cap is not reflecting reality!
So yeah, we definitely have A LOT of room to grow with the pps! i agree
I'd say we are at least worth a $100 million with our assets (not even including those 4 additional assest, no idea how much that will be worth and if it produces revenues already, i haven't checked that yet).
I recall Gerald saying ESS was currently worth $50 million or was it a $100 million?
I also recall him saying in an interview that we have a potential of $8 billion market potential (that is of course if everything would work out oké with the assets!).
But the only thing is, is that we don't know how much outstanding shares are on the market right now. Last time they reported i recalled 67 or 68 million outstanding shares but that was more then 7 months back or so.
So lets say we are at $100 million outstanding shares right now (maybe even more!). Fair value would be at least $1 imo (not including those 4 future additional assets).
We are currently sitting at $0.065!!!! thats a lot of room to grow!
Now when they close the deal, i'm sure other deals for our assets (ESS, MANF, ELTO) might be closed soon after or simultaneously with our SeD partner. That also brings more value to our company.
Imagine they announce a funding partner for ESS right after they announce they cleaned up the balance and removed those pesky toxics.
Who know's where we will open up to when a deal is completed and announced.
I'm speculating right now but i'm guessing we will be between $0.50 and $1.00 after an announcement is made.
Assuming everything goes according to plan.
But hey.... they already have two new directors for AMBS so i'm pretty confident they are moving ahead with the plan.
Anyone else wants to share their thoughts?
