Yes I'm familiar with the patent process as I too have gone through it.I believe CTIX also has insurance to help as well.$340K is a lot of money but it is still a delayed expense and in the scope of the potential ultimate value of the company,it is and will be a footnote in the company's history.And that's only if the judge doesn't do her job.If she does,so much the better.
