I'm not saying they didn't have costs.I am saying (in response to what I interpret as the concerns expressed by posters) that CTIX has not sold any assets including patents and that the expensive up front (and subsequent) lawyer fees were averted.Yes it cost $ for time and travel and delaying pipeline progress.Yes it cost money for filings etc.But the concerns I interpreted were the "selling of assets"which has not happened.
The company and it's assets are still very much intact.
