OK so you wish for a public debate on these issues

a public debate is what you shall have Sir - starting here:

"GC's recent employment agreement begs to differ. While it is "at will", the numbers and milestones from the agreement, in addition to his re-election to the BOD, all point to Gerald staying with the company for quite sometime to come. Based on what we know, it is logical to assume he is not going anywhere anytime soon."
Do you have any idea why GC had to take a salary increase? Do you even know if GC is a citizen of the US? Of course you don't! You Sir, have alot to learn - I will divulge all, but the consequences of my actions will not be taken lightly around here - and so I am warning you - do you still wish to proceed down this road???

"You mean when they announced they were going to hold off on partnering for the time being to increase the value of LymPro? Something that is beneficial to long-term shareholders? Debacle is defined as "a sudden and ignominious failure" ... This is certainly not a failure in my eyes, rather an astute business decision. But to each their own... "
GC has been diverting a clasic LymPro JV Agreement with a BP partnership announcement since the Fall, 2013. Do you really think we will see one under the ploy of a spin off of the Diagnostic Devision somewhere in the nebulous future, while the share structure continues to erode under massive dilution? GC has been 'publicly' quoting a spin off the Diagnostics Division since mid-2012. This is nothing new whatsoever, and should be headed with a word of caution....

"...look at the News today. GC's "street cred" is very much in tact. "
Oh yeah? Josh Scheinfeld and Dickie Vogel just may take serious issue with you on this one. I've said enough - as usual.......
