Don't try to spin this into something bad. This is nothing but good and if you can't see that you should get your eyes checked. Do you know how many boards, committees, etc. that some people sit on? More than I can count on my two hands. Gerald is sitting on 3. That's child's play to some people.
My buddy sat on a committee this past year for the city I am living in. Something to do with taxi regulations. You know what? They met 4 times, once a quarter, for 2 hours each. That's 8 hours a year. LOL.
You have absolutely no idea how much time this will take out of GC running the company, but I am absolutely positive it wont be hurting the AMBS as he would not have taken on these rolls, and the BOD would not have allowed him to, if it was going to take away from his work with Amarantus.
The "antonym" suits. Checking the eyes of an "expert" wouldn't help as the blinders are permanently mounted unfortunately. I've been only involved in one 3 year term on a Joint Health & Safety Committee of which I was elected as the Worker rep for the Mining Department. Meeting once a month for the full day. Other than the odd dialogue with the Ontario Ministry of Labour and the Company there was little impact on my time on the job.
The beauty with Amarantus is that GC can delegate responsibility as the CEO amongst the BOD's/BOA's if need be.
I see the bogus concerns of time constraints for GC as a non-issue, and as referenced earlier, a positive...again, for AMBS. Really it doesn't take an "expert" to do the math lol...
