GC's recent employment agreement begs to differ. While it is "at will", the numbers and milestones from the agreement, in addition to his re-election to the BOD, all point to Gerald staying with the company for quite sometime to come. Based on what we know, it is logical to assume he is not going anywhere anytime soon.

You mean when they announced they were going to hold off on partnering for the time being to increase the value of LymPro? Something that is beneficial to long-term shareholders? Debacle is defined as "a sudden and ignominious failure" ... This is certainly not a failure in my eyes, rather an astute business decision. But to each their own...
