Sitting Bull has a good point. I'm not exactly sure
if the NTGL shares due to NTEK shareholders
come out of the 150M shares NTEK has on the
books owning NTGL now or if NTEK has already
put aside separately from the 150M shares the
NTGL shares they plan on distributing to us.
