Winston, pardon my ignorance here, under your idea ...
Those shares that NTEK owns are SEPARATE from
the shares that we will receive from owning NTEK when the spinoff happened?
So, they could do a buyback with those shares of NTGL that NTEK owns and we would still receive our promised shares. Correct?
