ULTRAFLIX has FAR MORE UPSIDE to NTEK
over the next few years than an investment in NTGL will ever be
able to become. NTGL doesn't even have revenues
yet and they will only begin with small pilot
programs to begin with even if they get going
in the next few months.

ULTRAFLIX is obviously far ahead of that on
its way to $70M just next year! It only makes
sense to put ALL your available resources into
what you already know is going to be a HUGE SUCCESS
