Before the "Dream Team" came aboard an expert opinion should have been run on SKTO and AEGY. The convertibles could have been dealt with on a take it or leave it settlement. Allyn and Benz should have said without us, the "Dream Team" (and our platforms Medical Greens and PharmaJanes) both SKTO and AEGY would die, so whatever reasonable offer should be taken.
