It is definitely fraud without question now.  AEGY diluted those 2 billion shares NOT Asher.  Just look at their Annual report.  It clearly shows income from stock selling as $7 million.  There is no Asher notes flooding the market it is ALL AEGY.  Plus they increased AS to 3.5 billion shares.  Now we discover Crystal Falls where they gave 170 million shares for $4K bad debt which supposedly came before medgreens yet why is their website identical and why is it only a frontpage with nothing on all the other pages?
