To me it is looking like fraud. Somewhere. Back in the spring Sk3 put a gag order on the TA. Simultaneously they indicated they would not dilute. Not true. They did issue shares for acquisitions (they diluted) but the issuance of the convertibles reeks of a share selling scheme. I'm looking at PharmaJanes' s website and see it isn't mobile ready at all. It has not truely budged in months. The screen does NOT adjust to the mobile platform in use. And then the convertible notes by Asher to cause dilution of AEGY to the tune of 2.1 billion shares outstanding. For nothing.
Don't blame you at all for selling. If you can though, keep a small position, say 25%, just in case. Set a price alert and forget.
