Diapulse was noticed first by the state of Delaware back in March that their charter had been revoked due to failure to pay back taxes !!!! they now show being reinstated by the state but who knows ???
The SEC noticed the company on August 14 that they were being "suspended" due to failure to file their financial statements for the past 6 years !!!!! The suspension was for 10 days during which they had an opportunity to address the issues with the SEC the management chose to screw us over and get revoked which happened last week. They had over a month to deal with the issues and chose to screw all the shareholders over.
