Fiduciary responsibility

The most troubling aspect of this is the lack of warning to investors.  If the company hasn't submitted financial statements to the SEC in six years, this could only mean that they allowed the investors to remain exposed even knowing for years in advance we would be wiped out.


And even now there has been no called stockholders meeting to address this.
