The revocation appears to be a result of failure to properly comply with SEC law, and will totally destroy all shareholder value. This is not a temporary suspension, but total revocation.
The martindale source states the following: "By effectively imposing the “death penalty” against these public companies, the regulators are ignoring the resulting harm to shareholders, who are likely to file lawsuits against management of these companies for not warning them of the pending cessation of trading".
I am not aware of any shareholder meetings in which any warning was given. Are there other shareholders out there with more information?
