THis certainly is one big mess. I still hold many worthless shares of MMTE and expect nothing in the way of return here. Willy's focus is apparent and investors are not in the picture other than making donations in my opinion. The MMTE mantra has always been "wait" with everything and I would suspect any litigation against Willy will be met with the same. I was looking over the MMTE board on the iFlub and happened to look at the intro where DD from 2011 is still highlighted with potential share value in the pennies per share. A wee bit deceiving in my opinion....Funny how they still paint a rosey picture of MMTE and it's wonderful lithium rich concessions. ... The biggest concern with a lawsuit is exactly what you mentioned kgem.. The money. MMTE has no stated assets.. The concessions are in limbo.. I would guess any money is either burried next to Jimmy Hoffa or it's in an offshore account with little to no trail. I don't believe he's stupid and I don't believe he has the investors best interest at heart. Willy has been silent for a year now. I fully appreciate the honest posts here and th flub as this helps keep things real for the unsuspecting. Keep up the good work! Mayhem! How are the fish biting???
