Anything could have changed since this 09/19/2025 filing and even now, two weeks later. What it clearly says is:
"in place at the present time"
In fact it is now two weeks since that filing ... anything could have happened since and can happen... even between now and the upcoming meeting November 21st.
Again HOPE .... we can only hope!
