biloxi, I sure hope that you are correct; however, page 22 of the filing dated 09/19/2025, under "Reasons for the increase in authorized shares" reads, "The Company has no arrangements, agreements, or understandings in place at the present time to enter into any merger, consolidation, acquisition, or similar business transaction."
