Actually, now that I think about it, I remember when I tried to get a friend into the msTNBC trial they asked for slides to find out if CCR5 were expressed. So I don't believe a lack of CCR5 was the case for the 8 of the 29 who did not respond -- they wouldn't have gotten into the trial.
Ohm could give a suggestion as to why 21 of the 29 were responsive and 8 were not.
