Does anyone (that's not on IGNORE) care to explain to the ""CHINA TECH EXPERT"" aka Pinocchio that the same rules apply Pre RS, as it once again does Post RS, ie that Nicky can't unilaterally issue shares to himself as that could lead to severe civil sanctions.

As dman has pointed out, his SNPW holdings have remained constant throughout the highs and lows of the pps so based on past evidence there is no reason to believe that the status quo will be altered as suggested.

James now claims that he and his ""attorney"" possess irrefutable evidence that Nicky has been illegally selling shares through family members and has already passed his findings to the SEC and DOJ......his bank account is praying that he's not lying as usual. lololsss

The wooden Muppet's assertion that Nicky can simply do as his heart pleases with the almost 1B AS is pure unsubstantiated BULLSHITE but what else should one expect since this has always been the CONtrived modus operandi of that arseclown.

In addition to my speculative post yesterday, I also believe that these additional shares will/could be utilized through public and/or private placement offerings to raise cash which will be utilized for funding projects/acquisitions.

Quote by Pinocchio................

Don’t forget the company, as a result of the reverse split, gained just under 1 billion new free floating shares. And guess who controls the company and therefore the shares? Sweet deal for company.

Don’t forget who owns Medi now? Where did the equipment end up?

Short on time but why not take the time to also show the benefits received.

Ps. What is the point you are trying to make in posting your message?
