It’s actually very simple. Snpw now has just under a billion new shares that it can use similar to how it used the first billion - through dilution, to raise capital, to use as a currency etc. One has to only look at the lack of value increase in the first billion shares. And now with a new billion, the result will be different? I doubt it.
Why would you say it was sweet for the company if you don't believe the value of the stock won't go up.
