No body is forgetting the new high heat law that was not in existence for the two plus years that SNPW worked with the RI-DEM to get the letter of "intent to approve" that killed the project.
Sore for who, failure was do to an outside force that didn't exist during the entire review process by the RI-DEM.
If any thing the process has given the company credibility.
It was a great decision you seem to for get that after it final decision the RD-DEM thought it was a good a decision at the location chosen as THEY INTENDED TO APPROVE THE PROJECT.
The non educated Pubic might not have thought the location was suitable for the project BUT THE ENVIRONMENTAL EXPERTS AT THE RI-DEM DID!
