Niele: Thank you for posting this summary of the hearing from the Reddit board. The judge's ruling that the emails of 3 more FDA employees must be produced is a definite win for NP and KK, but it remains to be seen what comes of it. I don't know enough about the tie in between the previously published anti CYDY documents and the pending charges to have a good grasp of how much the anti CYDY sentiments will actually help either defendant refute the criminal charges against them. Even tougher for me is to guess how the FDA will react toward CYDY as these embarrassing/reprehensible disclosures become public. I could see that going either way depending on the mindset of the FDA employee currently calling the shots on CYDY and LL. This is where having Dr Jay carrying the ball may be crucial to achieving fairness for CYDY and LL.
A final note: I googled Judge Xinis. She was appointed by President Obama. and is a former federal assistant public defender and a civil rights attorney. That may explain why she hasn't been willing to accommodate the FDA in its efforts to hide its dirty laundry.
