Please note that the quote I gave was for the time the arbitrator used to render their decision. There is a graph which shows time for the presentation of the case and then time for the arbitrator to make their decision. It does show that on AVERAGE, larger cases took the arbitrator 3 months to render their decision. CYDY has a VERY complex case.
Also, please note the time the arbitration took BEFORE a decision was rendered. CYDY's case is going to be FAR longer than average, as by the time August 2024 rolls around, we're talking 2 years already.
