CYDY is already in this 2 year period. That period ALREADY started the moment that the Arbitration Demand was filed.
Be careful not to confuse apples and oranges. I actually am not sure we are disagreeing or agreeing here, but the term "Arbitration" can be used confusingly.
There is a period from filing the Arbitration Demand (way back ago, CYDY already filed the Arbitration Demand) and the Decision;
There is also a period from the formal Arbitration Evidentiary Hearing (which is next year) and the Decision.
Your link supports that the Decision will average 3 months after the formal Arbitration Evidentiary Hearing.
And, it also supports that the entire Arbitration (from Arbitration Demand filing to Decision) will be on average between 18 months and 29 months. This is based upon a $100M demand. One bar chart says $10M to $100M disputes take average 18 months. Other bar chart says over $100M disputes take average 29 months. If our demand is over $100M, then it would be the longer period of 29 months start (Arbitration Demand filing) to finish (Decision), including 3 months for decision (Evidentiary Hearing to Decision), on average. CYDY seems to be moving along these lines.
