UNVC: A lot of talk about HRI (Health Resources Inc.) this past week, the PBM company Dalton claims has 270 MILLION in REVENUE 50,000 Pharmacy Contracts, Latest Valuation. 915 Million, Phone 877 321 6755 (check where the number takes you)
He used HRI to Fleece UNVC of nearly a Million Dollars back in the early 2000's which the SEC got after him and he amended the report to state UNVC would not be using HRI anymore. It's all in filings i have posted before.

Why doesn't Crunchbase.com profile Health Resources Inc. Or any of the other companies that do the same thing. Answers anyone
I hope someone can tell us how HRI can become part of UNVC:WHEN IT CAN NOT BE FOUND ANYWHERE EXCEPT PRIVCO.
All info came from PrivCo.com, which doesn't have a BBB accreditation.
The last complaint filed against Privco with the BBB 02/27/2023 here is the answer. It wasn't about PrivCo but a company they profiled.

2022 Year End filings states List any subsidiaries, parent company, or affiliated companies, wouldn't this include Bio Remedies MD so you can take B-R MD out of the picture right now
At the time of this filing the Company has no subsidiaries, parents or affiliated companies.
