A little common logic would be Univec would be promoting it, making money from it, or he would if he had one. He wouldn't just sit on something such as this for over 3 years.
This is how he has keep UNVC going all these years, to benefit himself selling shares, Former COO/EVP of Univec Inc Rapheal Lanford said he did and he would know.
Yes a lot of people have made a lot of money by trading UNVC with Daltons help. just like the NASDAQ Up-Listing, JPMorgan, 9 weeks Last piece needed completed and the list goes on and on. If the man had anything why doesn't he up-grade in the OTC Market.
He knows his hard core followers will make the excuses for him he doesn't have to.
PPS tells the whole story no one is buying his BS anymore. No one wanted this to happen anymore than I did, but you have to face reality at some point.
No way will he get anything from JPM or will there be a Nasdaq up-listing in this year if there ever will be one. The company has to show Net Income from Continuing
Operations (in the latest fiscal year or
in two of the last three fiscal years)

They don't make rules or guidelines that have to be met to bend them for David Dalton.
