I continue to be annoyed by the tendency to defend

I continue to be annoyed by the tendency to defend JB while being willing to throw KR and TB under the bus. New management wasn't there when shareholders were told there would be free plastic until the cows came home, among other very optimistic projections
to be clear this is your issue .. i don't expect *seamless* out of start ups in transition .. what most understand is that when one works in a start up (pre IPO route) one sacrifices via salary and benefits .. the *carrot* is the stock one gets in lieu of of a financial haircut (salary/benefits usually at a 30 to 40% discount for YEARS) .. what is interesting are the salaries and benefits given to KR and TB .. (no sacrifice) which would have been fine if sentiment publicly stated by KR (AGM & Nov 2012) was followed thru .. it wasn't .. what is worse in my book is the lack of communication provided by this *CURRENT* mgmt team .. again JBI has the potential (with proof of concept) to be a blue chip co. in the making >> but *the reality is* they aren't currently .. which means communication on a regular basis with their shareholders should be a priority .. this isn't a privately held company .. this isn't a NYSE based co. .. the ironies (as always) don't escape me >> JB was crucified for PR'ing too much (2010 PR's) by 2011 (read SEC's heavy hand in the PROs' mix) they had all but come to a halt but JB had the courtesy and *awareness* to recognize his shareholders were adults and were treated as such via a conference call and updates
I have no issues with JBI's mgmt relying solely on filings for info/updates if they had multiple prox operational for more than a month at a time .. they don't and until they do .. silence isn't golden ..
