Is anybody willing to venture a guess about Q1?  This is the quarter that was supposed to be CFP until they said P3 couldn't be completed due to parts delivery issues.

Does anybody believe that is the only issue with P3?

Does anybody believe that is the only thing holding them back from a CFP quarter?

Does anybody have any reasonable expectations for Q1 that they wish to share?

Does anybody expect a statement from the company prior to releasing Q1 numbers?

Does anybody expect a CFP quarter in 2013?

I think management needs to reset expectations with more than just this 10K. There were no forward looking statements at all from what I could see.

I don't know if that is refreshing or alarm bells going off. What is the current road map to CFP?

Do they have a cost per barrel number they wish to target now? How far from $10/barrel do they expect to be?

Paying for plastic.  Paying for HTF.  We still don't know exactly why, but apparently it is necessary because they plan to keep doing it.

I continue to be annoyed by the tendency to defend JB while being willing to throw KR and TB under the bus. New management wasn't there when shareholders were told there would be free plastic until the cows came home, among other very optimistic projections.

The company has major technology and business/operations issues.

They all need to get it done.

Probably if I'd driven there twice a month they would be further ahead.

I wonder what the spin would be if this was one of the other companies' 10K reports.
