This seems a little aggressive and possibly abusive and misleading!
Is TDA saying you can't sell your stock? That is ridiculous! Are they forcing you to call the sell orders in by phone?
Have them put instructions in writing. The next thing they might do is escalate to an executive to call you and avoid the written notice. Games!!!
