If denial is up held, Medrecyler-RI and SNPW jointly will mostly likely sue the State of RI for the alleged unlawful targeting law and RI-DEM for using that alleged illegal law for the purpose of denials for damages suffered due to the denial..
If and when Step 2 comes into play would a conference call be warranted .
Until then there is nothing to discuss until something happens worth conveying to shareholders.
