Maybe an issue with snpw having anything to do Medi-Ri
- deconsolidated Medi-ri on the books in 2021 (can't have your cake and eat it too)
- 3 mil written off in 2021 (Medi-ri is no part of snpw nor medrecycler llc)
- only one individual (not snpw) has 100,000 shares of Medi-ri and listed as the only officer of Medi-ri
- don't know how snpw/shareholders can benefit at all with any ri dem settlement with Medi-ri.
