It's not that simple.
Medi-ri was deconsolidated with all matters/debts settled in 2021.
One person is the only officer of Medi-ri according to state of Ri. That doesn't seem to coincide with settling all debts with Medi-ri prior to deconsolidation. Who gets the benefit of any settlement under the new scenario? Where does the settlement money go?
Medrecylcer LLC, a subsidiary, is now owned by 100% by 1 person. But, there seems to be a disconnect with the state on Nv not renewing its business since June 2022. Unless, it's just a late renewal, it's reasonable to wonder if Medrecycler, LLC is going forward as an snpw subsidiary or is going the same route as a Bella Electric, LLC? If it does, there is, once again, only one person that owns the MedRecycler LLC subsidiary (or former subsidiary). Does the new business model mean the end to MedRecycler LLC along with MedMaster?
Once again, these are reasonable concerns based on due diligence. Sometimes it's worth asking the questions because you just might get answer or two. Company conference call is the easiest way to give explanations.
I always reserve the right to be determined (or self-determined) incorrect, due to ignorance or oversight, with the opportunity to stand corrected.
in my humble opinion
