A link to clinical trial results must be posted on clinicaltrials.gov within one year of the initial end of the trial. Companies have been extremely lax on this and there are a huge amount of trials that are out of compliance. With Cytodyn's new focus on following the rules I would expect they will get caught up on past trials. mTNBC results should be expected sometime before July 2023.
