Confused by Cyrus' response to that TNBC question

Confused by Cyrus' response to that TNBC question yesterday. Please correct me if I'm wrong but he said that the number of patients in our trial was not enough to designate its results for a BTD. This is a new way of rationalizing the FDA's refusal as far as I can recall. But even if this is so I hope they will tell us the final results of this trial that was to end this month.
