It's not that leronlimab is small enough. Back in 2019 I said that leronlimab would cross because the inflammatory state increases leakage in the blood brain barrier allowing larger molecules to cross. That inflammation causes the microglial activation. As the inflammation and microglial activation subside the leakage would decrease to the point it would not cross. Which is a good thing.
