No, they did not know that we would lose the case, they knew that should we win the case, we would have a war on our hands. What good would that be to win the battle only to re-enter war and with a group bent on revenge.
Routine litigation, yes, not to bite off your nose to spite your face. I think it's an act of genius, as it worked and we will see, this will prove to exceed in market cap, the losses incurred by Amarex's dastardly deed.
