No, they did not know that we would lose the case, they knew that should we win the case, we would have a war on our hands. What good would that be to win the battle only to re-enter war and with a group bent on revenge.
Routine litigation, yes, not to bite off your nose to spite your face. I think it's an act of genius, as it worked and we will see, this will prove to exceed in market cap, the losses incurred by Amarex's dastardly deed.
So you think RP will give 1/3 of his 8.3 million shares to his attorneys? That's laughable.
Even if it was part of the settlement agreement, what harm is there in painting the picture that Pestell should be viewed as friend? When CytoDyn begins merging partner after partner following his liaison work, he will prove that he has become a friend indeed. But he will work like a dog to earn that.
Urbach & Brunke see the value in this move and so did the CytoDyn attorneys as they too surely recommended it.
