Where are we going? I think we have already gone, starting way back with Sidley Austin stepping in. I am sure CYDY is working on partnerships but I think some major investors have stepped in and these are the folks getting the cut rate shares until all can be announced. Who would these investors be? It really could be anyone, but a couple guesses might be the 4Good folks or any of the big hospital systems such as Mount Sanai. You think pharma has big bucks, how much are these hospitals worth?
On not releasing the NASH data, SK already said he thought we have a NASH drug. If Recknor found a new MOA, why release this info in January and give other companies a 6 month headstart aiming their drugs in this direction? The info will be released when we are ready to proceed.
Amarex is in process, but I think the FDA said you need to do XYZ to move forward which is what is happening.
I think everything got pretty much agreed upon at CYDY when the CC was cancelled in December leading to Nader leaving voluntarily in January and SK stepping down as COB.
My guess is the great reveal comes in late June with a new CEO and two new Board members coming in. Did you catch Tanya’s comment about looking for board members with two different skill sets yet we only have one open seat? think another CYDY board member will also voluntarily step down.
