From my perspective and IMO, Where are we going? What is all this leading to?
When Amarex begins to draw to a close, to a conclusion, some of Big Pharma will become more comfortable with CytoDyn, with Leronlimab. Big Money like Blackrock and Vanguard becomes more comfortable with going long CYDY and not so head long on shorting it. Big Media begin producing pro-CYDY articles and report factual, non-distortive information on CytoDyn and Leronlimab. The FDA approves Leronlimab.
When Amarex resolves, the FDA is comfortable with CytoDyn and many Big Pharma approach CytoDyn wanting to partner. They see Leronlimab's capacity to augment the functionality of their drug and ask CytoDyn to consider combination therapy for their indication. This becomes Big Pharma's only chance in escalating their drugs to the next level in the new era of enlightenment. Otherwise, they fail. Partnership with CytoDyn, in combination therapy with Leronlimab becomes their saving grace.

Given that Amarex is arbitration, it shouldn't go on for years. I'm giving it about a year from when it began, to about November or December, 2022. But it is very complicated. I don't know how deep Sidley Austin wants to take this. I don't know how much of a settlement they will be happy with. I don't know how easy are the pickins. I don't feel they will be happy with settling for less than a billion, so they may drag it on until they can get that, but I don't think they will continue to pursue the matter so long to extract its full worth of probably $20 billion.
So far so good. No discussion that arbitration is off course, therefore, I put it on course. Justice must be done. Judgement is coming. SA won't stop till justice comes to pass. The conclusion of the Amarex arbitration brings about a new era in pharmaceutical therapy, LL approval, FDA clearance and multiple BP partnerships in combination with Leronlimab.

What is Justice? Who did wrong? Was it only Amarex? Who collaborated with them? Will another pharmaceutical be implicated? Will Big Money be implicated? Will anyone rat on the other? Will anyone stand for CytoDyn? Will anyone agree that the BLA was sabotaged? Will anyone testify that the trials were botched or poorly documented? Will anyone bring about these details and clearly reveal what actually happened? Will the outcome of the Amarex arbitration set the record straight? Whoever or whatever group/entity it was that colluded with Amarex to commit this deed against us, it should always be remembered that it was David Welch that has prevented this entity from doing it to us again, because, it will never happen again as a result of this arbitration which he stood for.

The addition of Dr. Paul Edison, Dr. Kabir Mody, Dr. Otto Yang and Dr. Jacob Lalazari, which potential CEO candidate would not be proud of such a list of experts to help him make his decisions? Doesn't the addition of this team of experts facilitate the search for an experienced and qualified CEO?
What if Amarex arbitration conclusion and the new CEO come together? I already said FDA comfort zone comes with Amarex concluding and then compounding that with a new qualified CEO... what do you have? CytoDyn grows big because many Big Pharma will have no chance without LL. Who ever is not against us is for us. Many will choose to join us. Yet, many will choose to fight this war with old tactics of deceit and usury, paying off the approving party for rapid approval, using inept, sub-par weapons of partial effectiveness, using all they and whatever they have and whoever would help them to beat us, still yet employing big money & big media but proving futile; however, many will leave those tactics and will rather choose a better way, leading to their success and to ours. Yes, the battles will continue.

With the ending of Amarex and the completion of our board with new CEO, a new era begins in pharmaceutical treatments. A revelation will come over the people of the massive deceit which goes on in this industry. An understanding of the corruption and greed will grow.
