amarex relationship was rocky for years...would love to be a fly on the wall in the arbitration, this story is very complicated. so many questions, correct me if im wrong...
cytodyn had balked on payments for invoices dating back years, isnt the total owed at this point in the $80 million range? why were the initial unpaid invoices tolerated, and why did amarex continue to perform work on new invoices? if the work was unsatisfactory and not worthy of payment, why continue to work with amarex going forward, for years? wouldnt any violations nullify the contract between them? if the contract gets nullified, do trials have to be redone or can the data be used by the next CRO?
its seems obvious that amarex's position on the incomplete BLA submission is rooted in the amount owed for past invoices, and they will claim nader "rushed" them and demanded the submission "as is" immediately.
what is also obvious is amarex should have had plenty of time and data to prepare a completed document, there really is no excuse not to at all. if there were problems along the way, wouldnt cytodyn be aware of them and try correct any issues? did cytodyn get to review the BLA before submission and potentially abort because it was a joke?
it is painfully obvious that they intentionally sabotaged the BLA, bought a lot of time for whoever is really responsible, delaying leronlimab from market for years. well done. i am not alone in being far more concerned about the people that were denied treatment ( people i KNEW) than worrying about some money i am currently missing. far more concerned about the people i KNOW that could possibly be helped / cured while waiting for this nonsense to conclude.
the shorts, the feuersteins, the andrew lefts, the kazempours etc etc etc all have that tonya harding quality about them...whack nancy kerrigan in the kneecaps so there is no way she can compete...in other words...cheat.
