Why?...one might ask. Just look at every loan that was never made good on by the company. Up until 2021 the CEOs salary was more important than avoiding dilution by converting debt into hundreds of millions of shares give-aways.
Just keep an eye on how assets might shift from one entity to another in the coming weeks. Based on most recent 10-K it looks like restructuring will be the last gasp.
What happened to Bella Electric subsidiary? Does that company hold a license for NY or NJ? If not who held the license before the company went dormant? It's easy to find out.
So, then the mysterious snpw subsidiary NMG (plumbing co.) is named partner with Bliss Holdings for that potential Durango solar farm project announced over 2 years ago.
