RI-DEM held a Public Informational Workshop on Facility’s License Application 1/25/2021 which every one was anticipating a positive follow up to the letter of "Intent to improve"

Instead they got the news that a public meeting was going to be held 3/18/21 where opposition to the project would have a chance to voice there opinions. And showed the rise of the anti-Medrecycler-RI movement.
Once investors realize that the project was not going to be a slam dunk and that it would become a drawn out process the price retracted quickly.
