What is funny the same situation was around last year and yet no change occurred either in OS or AS when the RI-DEM decision could have gone the other way.
And with that situation hanging over shareholders head the shareholders saw a rise in their position from .002 to 34.9 cents.
Yes the position did not hold because the project was denied, yet the project could have been approved and even with the situation hanging over shareholders heads the share price WOULD HAVE GONE MUCH HIGHER.
So really who cares if the situation is back on the books or not!
Still plenty of money to be made here EITHER WAY!!!!!!!!
Quarter 3 a steady stream of revenue begins from FoxEss and IST, be here or don't be here.
The situation did not stop it before and I doubt it will then.
