From one lawyer to another, my sincere thanks for your first-rate practical summary of the legal tactics and remedies available to CYDY. Board members would do well to keep JAKE's post uppermost in mind.
Still, I am hopeful for all concerned that our fortunes never depend on CYDY being successful at litigation. Successful resolution of protracted legal issues can at a minimum take a decade to resolve.
I simply do not have the time for a litigation stock play. BoL to all.
