Think about it, all you have said about not being able to make trading decisions based on reported business activity if information were provided by NDA, makes no sense because absent access that way, there is no other information out there anyway for the making of any rational trading decisions. There has been absolute.complete silence on all fronts, so your concerns about limiting your trading decisions are ridiculous.
