In addition, information given to me under an NDA would neither help me nor the share price, as I would not be allowed to use these information for my trading decisions, and still most people would not sign such an NDA and so the share price would remain the same low.
Regarding the filing of the Ks and Qs. If the assumed investigation is related to the creation and illegal trading of dividend shares under the NUGX stock symbol, that it would make sense that it requires the investigation to be completed before they are able to report their annual and quarterly numbers correctly. As long as that is going it, in my view, it is absolutely possible, that they have also been ordered not to publish something that is (at least potentially) wrong! Does that make sense?
