You didn't get the sense in my previous post.
What I wrote is that it does not make any sense to sign an NDA and then receive full disclosure of what is really going on within the company, because I would not be allowed to make investmen decisions on these information as it would be considered insider trading.
So under an NDA I might be able to get all the details that are currently kept from us for whatever reason.
